We have quite a record of community outreach with our series of Special Runs conducted in libraries, parks, schools, and special locations. We have drawn strong turnouts of “kids of all ages” from toddlers to seniors at these events. We have quite a package of promotional vehicles to use to generate media interest which helps increase traffic in your location.

We prefer to book the 4th or 5th Saturdays of the month, for one-day runs only, so as not to conflict with our other regularly-scheduled activities. We also like to setup the 12 x20’ traveling layout in advance, usually on Thursday evenings from 4-7 PM. We decorate the set according to the season, such as Hobo, Circus, Halloween, Christmas, etc., and proximity to area railroads; i.e. CNW, Union Pacific, or Milwaukee Rd. in certain areas.

NCOG is a non-profit organization, and financial contributions for this outreach service are accepted. Please keep in mind that we operate on a first-come, first-serve basis on specific dates.
