We are the North Central 'O' Gaugers Model Railroad Club, Inc., a non-profit club.

We are a group of hobbyists that enjoy sharing our enthusiasm for model trains and a common interest in the history of railroading. If you are planning a special event for your organization, like a fund-raiser, a birthday or anniversary party, or other type of celebration. NCOG can help you build traffic and enthusiasm in your event with our brand of model railroading fun and nostalgia.

We maintain a permanent 25 x 50' 3-track modular layout at our home base in the Fremont Twp. Public Library, in Mundelein, IL. As part of our outreach effort, we conduct "Special Runs" with the members' trains running on our club's 11 x 28' 3- mainline track traveling layout, which we setup in a wide variety of locations. Our modular track layout design can be adapted to any sized area.

We can customize the presentation by season, holiday, or locality, such as running model trains from specific railroads, like Chicago & Northwestern, Milwaukee Rd., Soo Line, Wisconsin Central, Union Pacific, or others, that actually rumbled through your local area. Our members have a wide variety of trains to display and operate, from replicas of historic steamers to prototypical modern diesels, in both passenger and freight consists.

Your guests of all ages will enjoy the excitement of the sights and sounds of an interactive operating model train layout. Hands-on opportunities will be offered for the sheer thrill and enjoyment of running the trains wirelessly. Our club members will be onhand to answer any questions your guests may have.

Indoors or out (weather permitting), for a reasonable donation, our club can provide you and your guests with a fun & very memorable experience! Thank you for your consideration of our club. For further information, or to schedule a "Special Run", during regular business hours, please contact:
